Among the bill’s new supporters are the chair of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

⌐◪-◪ → Senator Warren’s ability to rally 12 influential senators (from both sides of the aisle) shows that there is a heightened sense of awareness over crypto on Capital Hill. I’m worried about what this bill means for privacy as well as general crypto innovation in the US.

NFL Quarterback Trevor Lawrence and 2 YouTube Influencers Settle FTX Case

NFL team Jacksonville Jaguars' quarterback Trevor Lawrence and YouTube influencers Kevin Paffrath and Tom Nash agreed to undisclosed terms, while BitBoy has been dismissed from the case.

⌐◪-◪ → This is probably a smart move considering SBF’s trial starts in two weeks and the entire world will be watching. I’d want to get as far away from that as possible.

Hong Kong Influencer Arrested Over JPEX Exchange Promotion - Decrypt

Joseph Lam’s arrest followed the suspension of trading on crypto exchange JPEX, which regulators allege was operating without a license.

⌐◪-◪ → At the moment, it’s unclear what this influencer did other than simply promote the exchange. The JPEX situation itself is starting to look a lot like FTX - definitely something worth keeping an eye on this week.
