1. Trump Media Group to launch multiple crypto ETFs

⌐◪-◪ → Trump is going all in on crypto

Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), under the leadership of former President Donald Trump, has filed trademarks for six new investment products under its financial tech brand, Truth.Fi. This makes Trump the first U.S. President to launch an ETF — what a time to be alive. The trademarks include:

  • Made in America ETF

  • Made in America SMA

  • Energy Independence ETF

  • Energy Independence SMA

  • Bitcoin Plus ETF

  • Bitcoin Plus SMA

This follows Eric Trump’s tweets earlier this week about now being a “great time” to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum.

This week feels like one of the most bullish weeks for crypto in recent memory, with regulatory bodies signaling pro-crypto support, more states joining the Bitcoin reserve bandwagon, a sovereign wealth fund on the horizon, and even the Czech Republic eliminating crypto capital gains tax.

The global race for Bitcoin dominance is officially on — and for now, the U.S. is in the lead.

2. Utah takes the lead in potentially enacting a Bitcoin reserve bill

⌐◪-◪ → Utah just hit a major milestone

The Utah House of Representatives passed H.B. 230, allowing the state to invest in Bitcoin as part of a strategic reserve. The vote wasn’t even close: 50 to 3. The bill defines digital assets, “assets with a market capitalization averaging over $500B in the last 12 months; or stablecoins.”

Now the bill moves to the Senate — and if it passes, Utah could become the first U.S. state to officially buy Bitcoin. Earlier this week, South Dakota looked like the front-runner due to their fast legislative process, but Utah might just beat them to it.

Zooming out, it’s clear multiple states are racing to set up strategic Bitcoin reserves ahead of the federal government. Polymarket currently assigns a 14% chance of a federal Bitcoin reserve being passed in the first 100 days — suggesting it may take longer than hoped.

3. @Pauly0x joins Puerto Rico's 'Top 10 Most Wanted' list

⌐◪-◪ → Pauly0x is cooked.

Jeremy Cahen, aka @Pauly0x, has been added to San Juan, Puerto Rico's Top 10 Most Wanted list. The charges? Alleged assault, with a $75,000 bounty for information leading to his arrest.

For context, Pauly0x is infamous in the NFT space as the founder of "Not Larva Labs," a project he collaborated on with @ryder_ripps. The duo ended up in a heated legal battle with Yuga Labs over the Bored Ape Yacht Club trademark, resulting in:

  • $1.57M in damages for infringement.

  • Another $9M awarded for legal fees and disgorgement.

  • A court order forcing them to transfer all infringing materials and accounts to Yuga Labs.

Now, Pauly0x’s reputation is even more tarnished. Despite all this, he still has fanboys. Which, honestly, is kind of shocking to me.
