Bloomberg analysts point to 8-day window beginning Nov. 9 in which several spot Bitcoin ETFs could see approval

Bloomberg ETF analysts James Seyffart and Eric Balchunas posted a research note on Nov. 8 describing the possibility of upcoming spot Bitcoin ETF approvals.

⌐◪-◪ → The SEC’s approval of the pending spot Bitcoin ETFs feels immininent; however, experts say the actual launch of these ETFs won’t happen for at least 1 month (or more) as the S-1s are still under review and there’s no real hard deadline for that. Meanwhile, somebody started buying $15M Bitcoin every 3 hours yesterday - maybe they know the approval is coming…?

Crypto-friendly Rep. Emmer tags Gary Gensler as 'ineffective' and 'incompetent'

An amendment passed the House that seeks to prevent the SEC from using funds for crypto enforcement until Congress defines its scope.

⌐◪-◪ → Tom Emmer has been going absolutely beast mode, standing up for the entire crypto industry. His new ammendment seeks to prohibit the SEC from using funds for crypto encorcement activities until congress passes legislation that gives the SEC jurisdiction over crypto. Check out his full 5-minute speech here. This would be a big win if it passes, but it sounds too good (non-lawyer opinion) to be true.

Yuga Labs Confirms UVA-A Emitting Lights Cause of ApeFest Eye Issues

Numerous participants exhibited signs of photokeratitis, an ailment resulting from ultraviolet (UV) light exposure, after last weekend's event.

⌐◪-◪ → I still can’t belive this happened at ApeFest, it makes me afraid to go to live events overseas. My gut says there will be serious legal reprecusions here, but the question is whether it will be against Yuga or another group/contractor responsibile for the oversight. One BAYC holder has already put Yuga on legal notice after sustaining an eye-infection, facial burns, and a traumatic hospital experience.
