Azuki just announced plans to launch $ANIME token on Ethereum and Arbitrum later this month, January 2025.

Notably, 50.5% of the token allocation will go to the community, with 37.5% reserved for Azuki holders—pretty generous. Naturally, collectors are already crunching numbers to figure out what this means $$$ wise.

This launch perfectly blends crypto and anime culture, two communities with cult-like followings. It’s clear Azuki is going all in on anime sub-culture. Don’t forget, they acquired Anime.com last September (still just a waitlist for now). The token’s website, Anime.xyz, shouldn’t be confused with the domain.

On the announcement, the Azuki NFT floor price pumped to 13.87 ETH as collectors began accumulating for their allocation.

This marks their 10th consecutive week of Bitcoin purchases, showcasing their unwavering conviction.

If one of the largest Bitcoin holders is still buying, even near recent all-time highs, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Don’t let your ego derail your investment strategy. Bitcoin has already surpassed silver’s market cap. When it surpasses gold’s, the price per Bitcoin will be nearly $1M.

It’s still early. States and nations haven’t even entered the game in full force—but they’re close.

Two more states, North Dakota and New Hampshire, are now considering a state-level Bitcoin reserve/treasury.

That brings us to 7 states in total, including Texas, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio.

It’s only a matter of time before the Great Bitcoin Arms Race begins, where states and nations compete for a finite Bitcoin supply.

The timeline could accelerate with the U.S.’s first pro-Bitcoin president, Donald Trump, set to take office next week on Jan. 20th.
